Marshall is part of Fisher Dore’s compensation and civil litigation team. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diplomas in Legal Practical Training and Family Dispute Resolution.

Prior to his admission in 2018, Marshall had a successful 26-year career in government where he accrued an intimate knowledge of criminal law and procedure. His experience allows him to bring invaluable insight and understanding to his client’s matters. Marshall is currently focused on personal injury claims for institutional abuse clients.

Marshall is an advocate for alternative dispute resolution processes to efficiently resolve disputes and address underlying issues. Due to his strong belief in all persons being able to access the law, Marshall volunteers at the Bayside Community Legal Service where he is a Committee Member and also advises on family law.
