Dear Brendan and Steve, It has been just over 6 months since the abuse I suffered was finally acknowledged by the entity responsible for the employment of my abuser. Without your involvement in bringing this acknowledgement to a head I would still be facing anxiety and depression issues. Today I am in a significantly better place and have genuine joy again. Thankyou. Your handling of my case was outstanding. It was clear when I appointed you that my best interest and personal wellbeing was your primary focus. Your integrity and professionalism was only surpassed by your genuine empathy and support. At all times your communication was concise and well considered. To Brendan's absolute credit he always addressed any of my concerns in a very empathetic, respectful, understanding and concise manner in a non-legalistic way. Your combined expertise and knowledge of the law afforded me the confidence in accepting what was and is an extremely fair and balanced outcome. Individually, your empathy and approach is best summed in the words of Theodore Roosevelt … "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care".
