Ansam is a trauma-informed legal professional with extensive experience in the community legal sector.

She holds a dual Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. Ansam was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2019.

Having worked closely with survivors of sexual abuse for the past five years, Ansam is driven by a desire to help clients access some form of justice. Prior to joining Fisher Dore, she worked and volunteered in organisations practicing in administrative law, migration law and international criminal law. Ansam completed an internship in the Prosecutor’s office in the International Criminal Court in 2019 before returning to Australia to provide legal advice and representation to survivors of institutional child sexual abuse.
