Team Achieves Appeal Success Two Days in a Row

Our team appeared as Solicitor Advocate in the District Court for two clients appealing against their penalties imposed in the Magistrates Court.

Appeal #1 – Our lawyer successfully reduced both the licence disqualification period and the fine imposed by the Magistrate, and received costs for his client.

Appeal #2 – Our lawyer successfully argued that the fine imposed on his client for a ‘Failing to Report’ offence was too severe, and it was reduced significantly by the Judge presiding over the Appeal.

Our team are experienced advocates who fight every day to protect our clients’ best interests; and to ensure that any penalty imposed is just and fair in the circumstances. Given our experience and success rate, many clients turn to our team for advice, and ultimately representation, when questioning the penalty that was imposed at first instance.
