A young miner had his serious charges discontinued after submissions from our office saw his matter addressed in justice mediation
The Fisher Dore client had his matter proceeded through the criminal justice system he was at serious risk of a period of actual imprisonment. Further, justice mediation enabled him to express his remorse to the two complainants and allow all parties to move forward positively.
