A double victory for Fisher Dore Lawyers
Our client had been found guilty of serious sexual offences in 2016. Following his conviction, our firm was engaged to lodge an appeal in the Court of Appeal. Our argument was successful – the Court of Appeal quashed his conviction and ordered a retrial.
