Maryborough District Court – Not Guilty

A great result was achieved by our team in Maryborough District Court.

Our client pleaded not guilty to a 22 count indictment in the Maryborough District Court. At the end of the trial, the Judge ordered that the jury acquit our client on 5 of the charges. The jury then retired, and it only took them 22 minutes to return a verdict of Not Guilty on all counts!

If our client had been convicted, he would have certainly faced a significant period of imprisonment.

Through thorough preparation and excellent advocacy, our fantastic legal team, including Mr Peter Richards of Counsel, was able to achieve this great result!
