Brisbane Supreme Court

A great result was achieved by our team in the Brisbane Supreme Court.

Our firm, along with Counsel Kim Bryson, appeared in the Brisbane Supreme Court for a young man charged with trafficking in Methylamphetamine.

In hearing sentencing submissions, the court was persuaded not to require our client to serve an actual period of time in custody, taking into account a range of factors. Our client was able to remain in the community with his family to continue his rehabilitative efforts.
